E3 2012: Square Enix show off “next-gen” tech demo

There is no denying that next-gen gaming has made its presence known at E3 this year. With games like QuanticDream’s Beyond, Ubisofts Watch Dogs and LucasArts Star Wars 1313, anyone could look at these titles and realise that other than PC’s nothing on gaming consoles can produce games of this quality!

The other day Square Enix has joined the fray by showing off a stunning next-gen tech demo!

The video in question (above) is titled Agni’s Philosophy with the subheading, Final Fantasy Tech Demo. The video is about a magical sect getting attacked by militia or gangsters as they try to stop a summoning. The visuals in the tech demo are spectacular, and certainly show that developers and the fans are now ready! We are ready for next-gen gaming.

The question now remains as to how long will we have to wait to find out? Still, its just under 12 months till next E3.
