First Wii U Box Art Revealed

At least the boxart is certainly up over at Amazon.
The online retailer has posted first examples of the Wii U box art.
The boxart designs are for three of the upcoming Ubisoft titles that are coming out for the Wii U: Assassin’s Creed 3, Just Dance 4 and Avengers: Battle for Earth.
Despite how long they have been uploaded online, they still haven’t been taken down.
Could this be the design for the Wii U boxart? Or are they just mock-ups?
