Gamescom 2012: Tekken Tag Tournament 2 weird ass trailer!

Honestly, what the hell is this?
I am posting this so that you all understand what the hell I am talking about.
Namco Bandai have released a new trailer for the upcoming Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and its really god damn weird and it scares me a little!
The trailer seems to allow characters outfits and styles to be customized to allow them to perform special moves in the game , however still what the hell?
If anyone can explain why or if anyone from Namco Bandai read this, please take your time to explain because this is weird!
