While we were at the Bethesda booth playing Dishonored, we also saw that they had the new Doom 3: BFG Edition on PC, so we decided to play this as well and in 3D to boot.
The only thing that I found different about the BFG edition was the fact it was in HD and it was in 3D. Other than that, the game is very similar to the original game on PC and X-Box, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing as the original Doom 3 scared the crap out of me.
On top of this, the BFG Edition will also include the Resurrection of Evil expansion and a new expansion called The Lost Mission, as well as the original Doom and Doom 2.
This will be available later this year on October 19th for PS3, 360 and PC.
