Michael Bay says more about TMNT Reboot
The man who thinks explosions are the answer to everything speaks once again about the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.
He’s back. He’s talking about the Turtles movie. He seems to be trying to console the fans and quell the backlash he has received. But what he doesn’t realise is the only way I, and I’m sure many others, will have confidence in the retitled live-action Ninja Turtles movie is if he were nowhere near it.
Anyway, here’s what he wrote on his website:
“Paramount marketing changed the name. They made the title simple. The characters you all remember are exactly the same, and yes they still act like teenagers. Everything you remember, why you liked the characters, is in the movie.
This script is being developed by two very smart writers, with one of the original creators of Ninja Turtles. They care VERY MUCH about making this film for the fans. Everyone on this team cares about the fans. Just give them a chance. Jonathan the director, is a major fan of the whole franchise. HE’S NOT GOING TO LET YOU DOWN.

The film is released December next year. I do await more news with bated breath.
