New Prometheus Viral Video Points to 10/11/12?

A new viral video has appeared online for Sir Ridley Scott’s epic Prometheus, and what does it point to? Well we don’t know!

The video you can see above is titled “Peter Weyland – Thus Spoke Zarathustra ” and features Guy Pearce again assuming the role of Peter Weyland.

At the end of the viral video we get to see the Weyland Corp logo and just below it, a date for 10/11/12 which is the 11th October 2012. The date could simply be the release date for the movie to be bought on Blu-Ray and DVD.

However, it can be noted that over at the Weyland Industries time line that have information that happens on October 11th 2012:

Weyland Corporation is recognized as a legal entity and corporation under United States law and receives their Certificate of Incorporation from the Companies House in the United Kingdom. Due to the combined value of Sir Peter Weyland’s various patents and patent-pendings, the company incorporates with a higher fair market valuation than any other company in history.

There is a flag that then links to another page with a book that follows your mouse cursor. The book is called Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Friedrich Nietzsche.

Thus Spoke Zarathustra: A Book for All and None is a philosophical novel by German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, composed in four parts between 1883 and 1885. Much of the work deals with ideas such as the “eternal recurrence of the same”, the parable on the “death of God”, and the “prophecy” of the Übermensch, which were first introduced in The Gay Science.
